It was a season to remember for Olathe North Boys Basketball, as Head Coach Adam Olerich led the Eagles to their best season in school history, capping it off with a Kansas 6A State Runner-Up finish.

A True Team Effort

The Eagles were powered by a blend of seven outstanding seniors and key contributions from rising underclassmen. “We had 7 great seniors and several underclassmen that played well for us,” Coach Olerich noted. Their collective leadership, energy, and performance set the tone for a remarkable year.

Strong Finish Down the Stretch

After a competitive regular season, the Eagles found another gear when it mattered most. “We played great down the stretch,” said Olerich, as the team rallied with grit and focus through the postseason.

Growth Across the Board

While individual names weren’t singled out, Coach Olerich emphasized that every contributor improved as the season went on, highlighting a culture of development and hard work.

Toughness Under Pressure

Whether facing adversity, injuries, or high-stakes moments, the Eagles stayed composed. “We stayed tough like Olathe North people are supposed to do,” Olerich said, capturing the identity of a team that embraced every challenge.

A Senior Class to Remember

“This senior class is the best to ever go through,” said Olerich, praising a group that not only delivered wins but left a legacy of excellence for future Eagles to follow.

Future Looks Bright

With a strong foundation and standard now in place, the future of Olathe North basketball is in good hands. The team will look to build on this year’s momentum with the same toughness and work ethic.

Offseason Focus

Coach Olerich’s offseason philosophy is simple but powerful: “Get better every day.”
