Offseason Focus

Our primary focus this offseason has been improving team speed and overall strength. We’re dedicated to developing our athletes physically to ensure they’re ready to compete at a high level when the season arrives.

Special Offseason Events

While we’ve already taken part in some developmental activities, we’re planning to attend additional tournaments and camps in the late spring. These events are key for team bonding and sharpening our competitive edge.

Our offseason training is grounded in the basics: time, effort, and consistency. While we’re not employing any unusual training methods, we believe in the power of daily discipline and hard work.

We place a strong emphasis on educating our players about the importance of proper nutrition, hydration, and rest. These habits are essential to performance and overall athlete health.

Our coaching staff is always in pursuit of ways to better teach the fundamentals of the game. This offseason has been no different—refining our approach to ensure players fully grasp the "why" behind every drill and play.

The team remains connected to the broader Lansdale Catholic community by supporting other LC sports and maintaining a visible presence across campus. That mutual support builds school pride and unity.
