The remarkable coordination and cooperation between senior setter Ruben Matos, senior Libero Cruz Alvarado, and junior Middle Blocker Lawson Hardman, led to an impressive performance this season. Coach Matteson acknowledged that "Our season was not the one we wanted," but found consolation in the fact that they still finished the season ranked 16th in the state and made it into playoffs.
